Privacy Policy
How KORE collects, uses, and protects your personal information on kore.vn and in the KORE app.
This policy applies to the kore.vn website and the KORE mobile app, operated by KORE Vietnam. By using the website or the app, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
The policy follows Vietnam Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection and the Law on Cybersecurity.
Effective date: 22 April 2026
1. Information we collect
Account information
- Your phone number when you sign in with an OTP.
- The display name you enter in the app.
- Third-party identifiers if you sign in with Zalo or Google (account id, name, avatar, email provided by the provider).
Health information you enter
- Basic personal info: year of birth, gender, height, weight, health goals.
- The supplements you take and their dosages.
- Your daily logs and points history.
- Your reminders and in-app preferences.
- Quiz results and learning progress.
KORE does not ask for and does not collect national ID numbers, medical records from doctors, or payment information within the current app.
Technical information
- Device type, operating system, app version.
- Sync timestamps and basic error logs (no personal content).
- On the website, cookies and anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: storing your diary, syncing across devices, sending reminders.
- To personalize supplement suggestions and learning content.
- To run the points and streak system.
- To improve the product, detect bugs and abuse.
- To contact you about service updates or support replies.
- To comply with legal obligations when we receive a valid request from an authority.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Your consent when you create an account and enter data into the app.
- Contract performance to deliver the features you request.
- Legitimate interest in security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
- Legal obligation under Vietnamese law.
4. Where data is stored
- Your device is the primary source of truth. The KORE app works offline and stores data in a local database on your phone.
- Supabase syncs your data when you are signed in, allowing access from multiple devices. Servers are located in the Singapore region.
- Sanity stores editorial content (articles, courses) and contains no user data.
5. Sharing with third parties
We only share personal data with service providers needed to run KORE:

Some providers may store data outside Vietnam. In that case, KORE applies contractual safeguards equivalent to domestic standards.
6. Retention
- Data on your device remains until you uninstall the app or delete it in settings.
- Data synced to Supabase is retained while the account is active. When you request account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except information we are required by law to keep.
- Anonymous technical logs are retained for up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To know how your personal data is processed.
- To give or withdraw consent at any time.
- To access and view your personal data.
- To correct or request correction of inaccurate data.
- To delete your personal data or request account deletion.
- To restrict or object to processing.
- To request a structured copy of your personal data.
- To complain to the competent authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@kore.vn. We respond within 72 hours and complete requests within 30 days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on internal systems. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. If a serious data breach occurs, KORE will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
9. Children
KORE is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us data, contact info@kore.vn so we can delete it.
10. Cookies and analytics
The kore.vn website uses cookies needed for the site to function and Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can decline non-essential cookies through your browser settings. The KORE mobile app does not use third-party cookies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time. When there are material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
