Terms of Use

Terms that apply when you use the kore.vn website and the KORE app.

These terms apply when you visit kore.vn or use the KORE app. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Effective date: 22 April 2026

1. About KORE

KORE is a health education platform consisting of the kore.vn website and the KORE mobile app, operated by KORE Vietnam. The service lets you log supplements, set reminders, earn points, and learn about micronutrients, nutrition, and Lifestyle Medicine.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, please do not use the service.
  • You provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in phone number and device secure.
  • One person should keep only one account.

3. Medical disclaimer

KORE provides educational information, not medical advice or diagnosis. Content in the app and on the website does not replace advice from a licensed doctor, pharmacist, or nutritionist.

  • Do not use KORE content to self-diagnose or self-treat.
  • Talk to a doctor before starting, stopping, or changing supplement dosages, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an underlying condition, or take prescription medicine.
  • In an emergency, contact the nearest medical facility or call 115.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on information from KORE.

4. Use of the service

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KORE for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use KORE for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sell KORE content without written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the system.
  • Use robots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from KORE.
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate points or other reward features.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, invades privacy, or infringes third-party intellectual property.

KORE may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Your content

Data you enter (diary, reminders, custom supplements) belongs to you. You grant KORE a non-exclusive license to store and process that data for the purpose of providing the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not upload other people's health data to KORE without their consent.

6. Points

KORE offers a points system for consistent use, completing goals, maintaining streaks, and learning content.

  • Points are not currency, have no cash value, and are not transferable between accounts.
  • KORE may change how points are earned, how they redeem, limits, or discontinue the system entirely, with reasonable notice.
  • Points earned by violating these terms (fraud, bots, multiple accounts) will be voided and may lead to account suspension.
  • If KORE later allows point redemption (for example, product discounts), specific redemption terms will be published at that time.

7. Account and data

You may use KORE without signing in. When you sign in, your data is synced to the server so you can access it across devices.

  • You can delete your account at any time by emailing info@kore.vn.
  • When you delete your account, personal data is removed on the timeline described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

8. Intellectual property

All KORE content (text, images, courses, app source code, interface, the "KORE" brand and logo) is owned by KORE Vietnam or its licensors and is protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property law. You may use this content only within the scope permitted by these terms.

You may quote short excerpts from the KORE blog for non-commercial purposes, with clear attribution to kore.vn.

9. Third-party services

KORE may integrate third-party services (Zalo, Google, Supabase, SMS providers). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. KORE is not responsible for the conduct or content of third parties outside its control.

10. Changes to the service

KORE may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We try to give advance notice for material changes, especially changes that affect data or points.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the KORE service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, continuity, being error-free, or fitness for a particular purpose. KORE does not warrant that information about supplements is complete or suitable for every individual health condition.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KORE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or harm to health based on decisions made from KORE information. KORE's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid to KORE in the most recent 12 months, or VND 1,000,000, whichever is higher.

This clause does not exclude liability that Vietnamese law prohibits from being excluded.

13. Termination

You may stop using KORE at any time. KORE may suspend or terminate your access if you violate the terms, use the service unlawfully, or for reasonable operational reasons. Intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability clauses survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

KORE may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam.
